Terms of Service

Rately provides product review collection, moderation, display widgets, Q&A, review-request automation, analytics, optional BYOK AI features, and an in-app support assistant, as described on our Features page.

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed exclusively through the Shopify Billing API — we never charge off-platform. There is no free trial on paid plans; the Free plan itself is the no-cost way to try Rately before upgrading. There are no order, storage, or seat overage charges. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the in-app Billing page; downgrading returns you to the Free plan.

You are responsible for the reviews and content displayed in your store and for moderating them in line with applicable law. Do not use Rately to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to fabricate reviews.

AI features use API keys you provide for third-party providers. You are responsible for your provider account, its costs, and compliance with the provider’s terms. Rately does not meter or mark up AI usage.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rately is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
