Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Parcely (“the app”). By installing the app you agree to them.

Service

Parcely provides order tracking pages and post-purchase notifications. Tracking data is sourced from third-party carriers/aggregators and is provided “as is”; estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app in compliance with Shopify’s terms, applicable law, and messaging-consent rules (e.g. TCPA/GDPR) for any SMS/WhatsApp notifications you enable.

Billing

Paid plans, if any, are billed through Shopify Billing. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; uninstalling cancels billing.

Liability

The app is provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for carrier delays, third-party outages, or indirect damages.
