Data deletion & access requests

Badgify stores only store/product data and your app settings — never buyer personal information. This page explains how merchant and buyer data requests are handled.

Automatic deletion

• Uninstall: your Shopify session is removed immediately.
• Shopify’s shop/redact: ~48 hours after uninstall, Shopify sends this webhook and we delete all shop-scoped data (badges, rules, assignments, schedules, audit logs, experiments, chatbot history, AI provider configs and usage counters).

Buyer data requests

We implement Shopify’s customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks. Because Badgify holds no buyer PII, there is nothing to compile or erase for an individual customer; the requests are logged for traceability.

Manual request

To request access to or deletion of your shop’s data at any time, email badgify@webb9.com from your store owner address, or use the contact form. We action verified requests within 30 days.
