1. Acceptance

By installing or using Badgify (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is provided to Shopify merchants to display product badges/labels on their storefront.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Pricing is flat and not revenue-capped. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes are handled by Shopify with proration where applicable.

3. Bring-Your-Own-Key AI

AI features require your own third-party provider API key. You are responsible for your provider account, its costs, and compliance with its terms. Badgify does not resell AI usage and applies only abuse/rate guards, not sellable credits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to display unlawful or infringing content.

5. Availability & warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badgify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
