Developers

Build apps and integrations for Webb9.

Webb9 gives approved developers a reviewed path to connect customer apps, internal automations, and launch integrations through scoped API access, OAuth, and signed webhooks.

Developer program

Start with review, then move into sandbox.

Every developer app starts with an intake form. Submissions are stored in Webb9's admin review queue and also notify the developer inbox at developers@webb9.com.

Connect your app to Webb9 customers

Use OAuth, scoped permissions, and signed webhooks to exchange data only for businesses that install and approve your app.

Build private business automations

Create tenant-specific server integrations for scheduling, accounting, documents, messages, and reporting without exposing broader customer data.

Prepare launch connectors

Work with Webb9 review to validate callback URLs, webhook delivery, data retention, support ownership, and production readiness.

Review process

How a developer app gets approved.

1Submit app profile

Share your company, app purpose, requested scopes, redirect URIs, webhook URLs, and security notes.

2Webb9 reviews access

We check least-privilege scope requests, tenant isolation, customer consent, data retention, and support ownership.

3Sandbox validation

Approved developers test OAuth callbacks, API calls, webhook signatures, retries, and uninstall behavior in sandbox.

4Production approval

Production credentials are issued after the integration passes review and the customer-facing setup path is clear.

API scope

Connect the operational records service businesses rely on.

The Webb9 API is designed around practical small-business workflows: lead intake, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, payments, documents, messaging, and audit history.

  • Customers, leads, contacts, tags, notes, and consent records
  • Jobs, quotes, schedules, assignments, checklists, and service history
  • Invoices, payments, products, taxes, and accounting references
  • Documents, signatures, file attachments, and generated assets
  • Messages, notifications, conversation events, and follow-up workflows
  • Webhook subscriptions, signed delivery, retries, and audit logs
Launch focus

First connectors Webb9 is preparing.

These integrations are being planned as first-party or reviewed partner paths so businesses can connect core systems after launch.
